The image comes from a book entitled “Lukisan revolusi, 1945-1950: dari negara kesatuan ke negara kesatuan”. This book was published by the Indonesian Ministry of Information in 1954 and was digitized on September 11 2009. The book also contains several pictures showing the journey of the Indonesian nation from the Revolutionary Period to Independence.
